We accept calls from Text Relay. If you have difficulty speaking or hearing on the phone, or you prefer not to, then Text Relay is a national telephone relay service which facilitates calls between text phone users and someone using a standard telephone.
Next Generation Text lets you have conversations by using the internet or a text phone. You can also download the Next Generation Text Lite app onto your smartphone or tablet to use it on the go.
If you wish to contact us using the Text Relay service please use the prefix 18001 with any of our standard contact numbers. (e.g. 18001 0333 014 3125 for customer services)
