We’re delighted to announce that our Quality Assurance (QA) Team has won Support Team of the Year at the Welsh Contact Centre Awards 2019. These prestigious awards celebrate the achievements of individuals, teams and businesses across the Welsh contact centre and shared service industry.

The Optimum Credit Quality Assurance Team win Support Team of the Year at the Welsh Contact Centre Awards 2019.  Our QA team were thrilled to receive the award from host comedian Katherine Ryan at a spectacular ceremony and gala dinner held at the iconic Wales Millennium Centre

Commenting on the win Ian Praed, Optimum Credit COO said:

This award highlights the extra investment we’ve made in our Quality Assurance team over the past year. We’ve placed an even greater emphasis on making sure we’re providing a market leading service to our customers.

Our QA Team reinforce this; with nearly 90 years’ combined experience within the financial industry, they support our colleagues through difficult calls, coaching them on how to get the most out of their time with customers, and providing feedback on how to improve our policies and procedures to ensure a superior service is given to our customers.

Importantly, they evidence that their first line of defence oversight is robust and give Optimum the assurance that we are adhering to the expectations of our regulator, the Financial Conduct Authority.”

We also sponsored the Award for Support Manager of the Year and we’d like to congratulate the winner – Luke Davies, from the AA Driving School.
