There may be occasions when you will require further funds for a variety of reasons, for example, to complete a home improvement project, as a deposit on a second property, to finance a wedding or university costs etc.  If you are an existing customer please contact us via one of the options - phone or email - provided to the right of the screen headed 'second charge mortgage enquiries' and we'll be happy to discuss your specific options and requirements.

  • Repaying your second charge mortgage

If you wish to repay your second charge mortgage early please contact our Customer Support team to request a redemption statement, which will include any early repayment charges that are applicable at that time.
